Station selector moved to first position based on client feedback: the majority of contact form submissions are location-specific issues (pump problems, hours questions, service complaints). The old design buried this behind a routing dropdown — users had to select "Consumer / Station Question" before the station field appeared, which meant people reporting issues at a specific station often never picked the right option and the station was never captured. New order: station first (always visible, optional), routing dropdown second. The station selection is included in the routed email regardless of which department is selected, so any team receiving a submission knows which location it concerns.
Contact form routing — confirm department email addresses with Amanda Each dropdown selection (Wholesale Fuel, Home Heating Oil, Fleet Card, Consumer, etc.) routes to a specific team email address. We need the actual department email addresses from Amanda before we can build the form's routing logic.

Station selector — format + routing behavior — Station field is now always-first based on client feedback (majority of submissions are location issues). Confirm with Amanda: (1) canonical station name format (e.g. "SE Powell Blvd — Portland" vs "Powell Station #12"), (2) whether the station name should appear in the email subject line for fast triaging, (3) whether to group by region (Portland metro / coast / valley) or list flat. Also confirm: should a station selection automatically pre-fill the routing dropdown to "Station / Location Issue," or let the visitor choose independently?
Form department routing emails — Awaiting Amanda to confirm the email address for each dropdown route (customer service, wholesale, heating oil, fleet, commercial, HR). Required before the Pages Function can be built.
General inquiry email address — The HQ NAP block shows a placeholder. Confirm the public-facing general email for the contact page and business-info.ts.
Office hours — HQ NAP block needs confirmed hours before LocalBusiness JSON-LD schema can be completed. Confirm with Amanda.
